Sarah Tanner ND is the owner and Naturopathic Doctor at Natural Choices Health Care in the West End of Halifax. She's been practicing naturopathic medicine for 18 years, focusing on building a thriving family clinic. She is a member of the Nova Scotia Association of Naturopathic Doctors and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors.
Sarah enjoys working with all of her patients but particularly enjoys working with hormones (including perimenopause and menopause), digestion, autoimmune concerns, babies, children, fertility and those patients who just can’t find an answer to their concern. She works extensively with food intolerances in order to help patients achieve optimal health and also practices Bowen, a gentle form of physical therapy from Australia.
